Capturing the essence of an area with an animal/character is challenging. When preparing for the Whiskey Myers’s Milwaukee Show at the BMO Pavilion, we were all in agreement that a buck is synonymous with Milwaukee, not only because of the sports team but also because of the hunting and outdoors culture that the great state of Wisconsin represents. From there, Milwaukee is the home of HD Motorcycles, so we wanted to connect a little piece of this print to its celebrated culture. Enter the bright orange. In past pieces, it's been hard to incorporate musical "easter eggs”. With this print, everything fell right into place. The buck is wearing a classic “Wiggy Thump Biker Patch” with a cheese curd & tooth pick in his mouth. He’s riding with a .243 on his back (IYKYK). In addition, his antlers have caught some "Good Ole’ Days Beer" in them. This piece represents a good mix of Wiggy and Milwaukee.
