we started soundwaves creative because of our passion for music, more specifically our passion for one band. y'all can take a guess who that band is... as a company, we have chosen authenticity over profits. we choose to only work with artists & musicians we enjoy. if a creative company does not enjoy the art that they are collaboratively supporting, how could it look and feel authentic to the subject it's attempting to represent? with that being said, when the red clay strays first reached out to us, it took us all of 1 minute to become immediate fans. the red clay strays are made up of people with extraordinary character & when it comes to talent, there is no question these young guns from alabama are headed to the moon.
when creating rcs x sw (c14), we decided to take a unique approach with a semi-hidden meaning. the print showcases the members of red clay strays speeding around on the second oldest nascar track in greenville, sc which fittingly connected with their gig at the radio room in greenville. the underlying message of this piece is our unwavering belief that the red clay strays will be speeding to the top of the music world in a very short period of time. we are thrilled about our plans to continue to collaborate with rcs & look forward to creating many more memorable pieces of highly inspired art together. #hbcyo
